Start your request
Visit your order history in the Google Store and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.
Prepare your package
Place the items in their original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.
Attach the label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop off and track
Take your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed within 14 business days.
